cannot add cards and tags to the lock
My Conexis will unlock through the app, but I cannot add cards and tags to the lock?
Only a Primary user can add a Card or Tag. Please check that the lock has not been added multiple of times, please remove a digital key from the app, the app should only have one Key on the primary
