How do I clear the fault log, warning triangle or warning beep on the control panel?
Please follow the instructions below for more information:
Step 1
Light the panel up with the flat of your hand.

Step 2
Press the blue menu button and enter your pincode, then press the tick – bottom right button by the screen.

Step 3
Then the screen will show “program menu, make a selection” briefly, then “fault log” should appear – press the tick button to go into the fault log, the screen will then tell you what the fault is.

Step 4
The most common fault messages will be low battery or tamper – check that the spring is depressed on the device. If the message includes DC this is a door contact, if it includes IR this is a PIR, BX is the siren, RC is the keypad or key fob however these will not apply if you have renamed the devices i.e. lounge (if you are unsure of where your devices are located please follow the walk test). If you are unable to change the batteries at this time, please light the panel up with the flat of your hand, press the blue menu button and enter your pincode, then press the tick. Scroll down to advanced settings and press tick – image, then scroll down again until you see warning beep and press tick, then make sure you tick warning beep off which will stop the beep but will not clear the fault.
