My alarm regularly sounds but there are no messages shown on the app. What is the reason for this?
The tamper spring at the back of the siren is not pushed in far enough.
The siren is a plastic box which expands and contract s with heat and cold – it will move very slightly (less than 1mm sometimes) which moves the spring causing a tamper fault.
To rectify this issue please insert a piece of wood between the wall and the spring this will absorb any movements and stop the fault from occurring.
