****Yale Home App Update – 5th May 2020 ****Following our latest Yale Home App update some users may be experiencing issues, we are really sorry for causing any inconvenience. Our teams are working extremely hard to resolve them and hope to have a fix really soon. In the meantime please log out and log back into your app, then follow these steps, go to settings/system information then tap on the screen where it displays the SMS Balance 50 a few times until a new yellow box appears below marked as Panel Refresh, press this to refresh the system.
